DESCRIPTION
The amount of information gathered for this research was astounding. We needed to do a normal topographical survey and meet the requirements. The bottom of the curb, the back of the curb, the walls and fences, as well as the building outlines, were all requested. Another need was to identify the different types of materials, such as asphalt, concrete, tiles, pavers, cobblestones, grass, and so on. Everything had to be extracted when it came to the assets subject: all the covers, gullies, power poles, road signs, trees, and so on. Last but not least, the sill level of the doors was requested, therefore each one was measured. The customer requested a 3D drawing in .dwg format as a deliverable.
